"مترو المدينة" مساحة ترفيهية وثقافية أسسه مجموعة من محبي المسرح عام ٢٠١٢ بهدف اعادة الاعتبار للمسرح الغنائي. يقدم المكان عروضا متنوعة، تتراوح بين المحاكاة الساخرة للواقع الراهن، وابتكار عوالم متخيلة. انتج منذ تأسيسه عدداً من الأعمال الفنية التي ترتكز على خلق علاقة تشاركية مع الجمهور،كما عرضَ أعمالا لفنانين لبنانيين، عرب واجانب. عرف منذ تأسيسه كمساحة آمنة للسهر، الرقص والتعبير الحر. وقد بدأ مؤخرا بنقل العروض الحيّة عبر شبكة الانترنت، لتصبح متاحة لغير الراغبين بالحضور في ظل أزمة كوفد١٩ او المتواجدين خارج لبنان

Metro Al Madina is a cultural and entertainment space established by a group of theatre enthusiasts in 2012 with the aim of rethinking musical theatre. The venue offers a variety of shows ranging from cynically addressing the current situation to creating imagined worlds. Since its inception, Metro produced a number of shows based on creating an interactive relationship with the audience.
In addition, it hosted works for local, Arab and foreign artists. Since the beginning, it is recognized as a safe space for nightlife, dancing and free expression.
Recently, Metro Al Madina began broadcasting its live shows online, to become available for those avoiding closed spaces in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, or for those outside Lebanon.
